Q: What Forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept the following major credit cards for payment Visa, MasterCard, Discovery Card and American Express.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we do not ship internationally so we cannot take international orders.

Q: How do I know my payment information is safe?
A: We provide a secure website payments gateway for all personal information transactions. We use Authorize.net as our payments gateway.  For more information on how Authorize.net insures the exchange of your information is secure, please refer to the Authorize.net website.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your order information and shipment tracking number.

Q: How long does it normally take to process an order?
A: We process all orders during the week days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  We do not process any orders over the weekend.  Typically most orders are processed within 2-4 days, depending on when the order was placed. 

Q: Do you charge taxes?
A: ECOocity is required to collect sales tax for shipments within the State of California. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws.

 Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: Please refer to our Return Policy

Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. This means the product must be unused and in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.

To return or exchange an item, simply return the item within 14 days from the date you received it to the address below.  Make sure to include your original sales receipt with a brief description for the reason for the return.  Certain special order and high ticket items must be returned within a week from the time the item is received in order to assure it is still in saleable condition.  Please send all returns to:

Once the Product is received back into our warehouse and found to be in good condition, we will issue you a full refund less the shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges.

Damaged/Broken Products
In the event that your products were damaged during transit, we ask that you KEEP the entire original package, packaging material and containers for later inspection.  Do not open the package or remove any items. Contact the delivery company and notify them of the issue.  Also, notify us so that we may remedy the situation.  We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded.

Defective Products
If you find the product has a defect within the first 30 days from delivery, you may return the product by contacting us. You must have your original order receipt. After the 30 day period you must direct your warranty issues to the manufacturer.
